Review 1 of “A Multi-Source Profile of ASIC4: acid sensing ion channel subunit family member 4 as an IDG Understudied Ion Channel” (v6)

It would be nice to number the figures, add figure legends, and call the figures in the text. Abstract "subtitle" is missing. Reference superscript number should be before the period. Tables should be numbered, called within the text, and have a legend. The tissue expression table show the same number for all tissues and have "system." before the tissue name. This should be removed. GSFM predictions should also include pathways, knockout phenotypes, and disease associations. A link to the Harmonizome page should be added. Supporting information has the GSFM link, this should be moved to the GSFM section of the results. An acknowledgement section could be added. Acknowledging the CFDE DRC NIH award and the Ma'ayan Lab.
